B: Huh, not exactly the perpetual world rather it is the most dynamic world
with full of uncertainties.
A: Oh, you think that way! let me correct you sir it is not dynamic
forever. In fact most of the time it floats on its perpetuity.
B: Eh, but it is purely reversing of what you think. Most of the time it
remains....... (interrupted).
C: Oh god! will you please stop it.
A: OK you tell me what type of world we live in ?
C: A world with full of cranky persons like you, I guess..!
B: Behave yourself, it's not a joke time.We are discussing a serious issue.
C: Oops.. serious ! Anyway let me contemplate over your so called serious
issue..
C: aaaaan... I think it is neither the dynamic nor the perpetual world
rather it is the World floating somewhere between them.
In other words it is the perpetuity which makes this world dynamic or vice versa, all the flaws which makes the world a world are quite justified.

I don't know whether A is correct or B or C but I wonder how a thought can be so realistic that, in spite being channeled into the vast period of time, it remains intact as it was when formulated.
" All animals are equal
but some are more equal than others ", mentioned in George Orwell's novel
ANIMAL FARM, is so deep rooted in today's world where inequality pervades all the
way round the globe. It seems the more modern we became the more unequal we
are. One can easily find this stark difference on the streets, slums and
villages even in the cities of India. Then the question arises why we became,
so called, a modern society if we eventually have to remain unequal at basic
needs?
Even the hot tropical sun shining above could not diminish the fact that people hungry of power constantly segregate lower ones out of the equation. sometimes I wonder People, at the lower base of the pyramid of equality, are like an oil lamp in the corner apologetically spreading a small circle of dull light, as if it only served to amplify the darkness beyond the reach of its frail aura (Aah...! you see how comparing the two contrasting values makes difference.!).
Moreover the only hope can we have is to let the rain lose his fury and wait until it become a drizzle; becoming a world of equals (at least to some extent).
